Payment

At Ollie & Millie's we accept two payment methods. These are paypal or debit/credit card (also via paypal but you do not need a paypal account).  Paypal is the most secure form of payment, the only information we are given from paypal is your delivery address details.

When ordering from Ollie & Millie's payment is required immediately, we do not hold items or accept part payments, payment plans are not offered.

When purchasing from ollieandmillies.com you are entering a contract for the goods to be delivered within 30 days of reciept of payment the event that dispatch does take longer than advertised you will informed, which you will be notified and asked if you would like to proceed with your order or have all monies paid,refunded to the account in which you paid 

Once we have received your order it will be checked to make sure all items are in-stock etc before any funds are taken from your account.

Delivery & Postage

UK postage charges - flatrate of £4.99 for unlimited items. Free collection is available.Please contact me to arrange a suitable time to collect.

If you would like an item to be sent overseas please select the destination country at the checkout - Charges apply.

All items are sent 'signed for' via Royal Mail and take 2-3 working days approx. However royal mail do state it can take up to 14 days to deliver a first class package. 

We do try to dispatch all items within 1-2 working of purchase but on occassions this is sometimes not possible and we would like you to allow up to 72 hour for dispatch, this does not include pre order items or made to order, these dispatch times are stated on the item description.

CHRISTMAS POST 2020

Royal mail is currently extremely delayed due to COVID restrictions and huge demand with parcels. Once your parcel has been dispatched by us this is no longer in our control, timescales for post can be next day upto 3 weeks, please take this into account when ordering. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any parcel to be delivered before Christmas due to the delays, we ONLY guarantee dispatch of ALL Christmas orders before 18th December (unless otherwise stated).

We are working with Royal Mail to ensure your parcels are all in the system to be delivered as quickly as possible.

When we dispatch you will receive a tracking number, please note this is a SIGNED FOR SERVICE, this will only track once Royal Mail scan to deliver your parcel, if you receive a error message this means it has yet to be scanned for delivery. Parcels will not be marked as lost until 30 working days after dispatch during these times, a claim will then be put into Royal Mail to investigate further.

We are very sorry for the frustration of post at the moment, we are too! And we never like to let anyone down, but this is something which is completely out of our hands. We will post regular updates across our social media pages.

 

 

Returns

Returns are accepted with in 14 days starting from the day of receiving your order. Items returned need to be returned in the condition they were sent with all packaging for a full refund of the item NOT postage. We do not cover return postage.

Please note sale items are non-returnable. ALL Ollie&Millie's Own Brand clothing is NON-RETURNABLE these are made to order and cannot be returned. Loungewear is also NON RETURNABLE.

Please note gift vouchers are non-returnable.

If the items are faulty when the consumer receives them, the consumer must notify  Ollie & Millie's upon receipt of faulty goods.
It is recommended that royal mail signed for be used as proof of posting. Upon the receipt of the goods we will conduct an inspection of the goods and if the goods are found to be faulty we will refund any postage charge inccured.
 Any returns lost in the mail service are not the responsibility or liability of Ollie & Millie's it is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service you used
